Water Testing Process:

Collect about 250 mL of pool water in a clean, sealed container.
Try to take the sample from about elbow depth, away from the surface and return jets.
Keep the sample out of direct sunlight and bring it to us as soon as practical.

Tell us a little about your pool. We’ll need to know your POOL VOLUME so we can calculate the treatment required, along with any details about what you’ve been experiencing.

We'll analyse your sample and look at the different factors affecting your pool's water balance.
It's not just about one number. The different aspects of your water work together, so we look at the bigger picture to understand what is really happening.

We'll talk you through your results in plain English — what's looking good, what needs attention and what may be causing any problems you're experiencing.

From there, we'll recommend the right treatment for your pool.
That might mean adjusting a few things, treating a specific problem, setting up a regular maintenance routine or simply making a small change to the way you're looking after your pool.
